Wrapping up the 2009 season

Hello everyone!  We’re working very hard here to finish things up for the final fairs of the 2009 season.   We’ve participated in a total of nineteen events this year in Wisconsin and Utah, as well as having work for sale in two galleries.   We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our crafting experiences this summer and fall.  A big thank you to all of you who stopped by our booth, to all the fair organizers who worked so hard behind the scenes to make these events happen, and to the volunteers who have been so helpful.  We would also like to express our appreciation to those who placed special orders from us.  We also can’t say enough about the friendliness of our fellow crafters who always seem willing to share friendship, suggestions, and stories of their own experiences on the crafting circuit.   All of you have contributed to making this an extremely enjoyable experience for my husband and me.

We’re already excitedly making plans for the upcoming 2010 season.  This winter we’ll both be working steadily to produce new items for next year.  We seem to be bursting with ideas that we want to try.  Hopefully, you’ll see some new and different items at our future fairs.  As many of you know, my husband is a wood turner and we often share a booth.

My origami will continue to be on display (for sale) at the holiday gift gallery at Seippel Homestead and Center for the Arts in Beaver Dam, sponsored by the Beaver Dam Arts Association.  For more information about the Seippel Homestead, you can visit their website at http://www.bdaaa.org/

My photo gallery page has been recently updated, so please take a look at the new photos there.

Best wishes to everyone for a safe and happy holiday.
